    Reaching out for therapy is not always straightforward. You may have been trying to manage on your own for some time, feeling stuck, alone and overwhelmed, unsure what might help.

    I offer online therapy across the UK for adults and children, as well as consultations for parents and families. I also offer adult autism assessments.

    Therapy with me offers a safe, non-judgemental space to make sense of your difficulties. Some of the ways in which this could help you is to develop an understanding of how these issues have come about, what common patterns you might be falling into and how to start moving towards a freer, more fulfilling life.

    We will work collaboratively to find the best way to support you, using evidence-based psychological approaches such as CBT, ACT and compassion-focused therapy, at a pace that feels right for you.

    I take a compassionate, person-centred approach, drawing on both clinical expertise and research experience to provide high-quality care that is always tailored to your needs.

    As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained to work with complexity which is key to understanding and successfully managing multidimensional conditions such as stammering/stuttering and hoarding disorder.

    Together, we can work towards meaningful and lasting change.

Hello, my name is Dr Silviya Doneva. I am a fully insured, HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, trained in the UK.

I am passionate about using research knowledge and innovation to improve people's wellbeing and quality of life.

I am also a very compassionate human with my own lived experience of adversity. This helps me develop a genuine connection with my clients and the ability to offer a collaborative, non-judgemental space, from which clients can explore their difficulties safely.
