Get in touch with me to briefly discuss the main issues you would like help with. We can do this via the initial 20-min free consultation or via email, whichever feels most convenient for you.

If we both feel that we are a good fit, we will arrange a convenient date and time for an assessment. The assessment usually takes between one and two sessions, depending on the individual circumstances. The aim of the assessment is to develop a clear understanding of the difficulties you are experiencing and to consider together what type of support may be most helpful.
For children and young people, the assessment may also involve discussion with a parent or carer, depending on the needs of the young person.
Fees for assessments
Unlike some providers, I do not charge a higher fixed fee for assessments. Sessions are charged based on the time required.

If we decide to work together, sessions will usually take place weekly, at the same time and on the same day, helping to create consistency and stability within the therapeutic process.
I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, depending on the individual needs and goals of the person seeking support.
Throughout therapy, we will have regular opportunities to review progress, reflect on the work we are doing, and consider any thoughts or feelings that may arise during the process.
