I am a fully insured Clinical Psychologist, trained in the UK. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC; reg. number: PYL047933). I am also a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS; CPsychol; membership number: 39819).

Additionally, I hold a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and have a true passion about using research knowledge and innovation to improve people's wellbeing and quality of life.

Alongside my clinical work, I work as a Senior Lecturer on the Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) at the University of Hertfordshire, where I contribute to the training of some of the future NHS Clinical Psychologists.

Importantly, I am also a very compassionate human with my own lived experience of adversity. This helps me develop a genuine connection with my clients and the ability to offer a collaborative, non-judgemental space, from which clients can explore their difficulties safely.

I am married and have two little boys. In my free time I enjoy reconnecting with nature by going hiking.
